## 1. About These Terms

Creator Tools Hub, available at [creatortoolshub.net](https://creatortoolshub.net), is owned and operated by Digital Wave Synergy Co., based in Frederick, Maryland, United States. In these Terms of Use, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Digital Wave Synergy Co. “You” refers to a visitor or someone using our services, personally or on behalf of a business.

These Terms describe the rules for using our website, directory, and related features. Please read them before using the website. Where we ask you to accept these Terms to create an account, submit content, or purchase a service, your acceptance forms an agreement with us. If you do not agree, do not use those features.

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into an agreement to create an account, submit content, or purchase services. If acting for a business, you must have authority to accept the relevant obligations on its behalf.

## 2. What the Directory Provides

Creator Tools Hub helps people discover and compare software, AI tools, and other resources for creators. Listings we prepare use original descriptions based on publicly available information about the relevant tool and include a link to the provider's official website. We may use AI-assisted tools to prepare those descriptions. Where submissions are offered, tool owners and other contributors may also submit material.

We may create a listing independently, without the provider submitting it or participating in the directory. A listing alone does not establish the provider's approval of our directory, a partnership, or an affiliate relationship.

A listing alone does not mean we have personally tested, certified, or endorsed a product. Any editorial assessment should be read in its stated context. A recommendation is not a guarantee that a tool will meet your needs or produce particular results.

Prices, features, availability, and provider policies can change. Information can contain errors or become outdated. Check important details with the provider before purchasing, subscribing, uploading files, or relying on a tool. Our general information does not replace professional advice where your circumstances require it.

## 3. Using the Website Responsibly

You may browse the directory and use available features for lawful purposes. You must not:

- Impersonate another person or business, or submit false or misleading information.
- Upload malware, send spam, harass others, or publish unlawful content.
- Infringe intellectual property rights or disclose another person's private or confidential information without permission or another lawful basis.
- Attempt unauthorized access, bypass security or access restrictions, or disrupt the website through excessive requests or other abuse.
- Create fake reviews, manipulate ratings, or conceal a commercial connection when a disclosure is required.

If accounts are available, provide accurate registration information, protect your login credentials, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account.

## 4. Listing Submissions and Content Permissions

When you submit a listing, review, image, logo, or other material, you confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit it and allow its use as described here. Information you provide must be accurate to the best of your knowledge. If you represent a listed business, notify us when important details change.

You or the relevant rights holders retain ownership of submitted material. You give us a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and format it as reasonably needed to operate the directory and present the relevant listing or contribution. We may allow service providers to perform those functions on our behalf.

We may correct formatting, shorten descriptions, and organize content into categories. We will not knowingly change a review's meaning or attribute claims to you that you did not make.

This license lasts while we display your submitted content and for the limited period needed afterward for backups, legal records, and resolving disputes. It does not transfer ownership of your reviews or authorize unrelated commercial reuse. You can request removal of your submitted material through the contact details below; any applicable legal retention requirements and paid-service commitments will be considered.

## 5. Review, Moderation, and Removal

Submitting material does not guarantee publication. We may decline, edit, recategorize, or remove content for reasons such as relevance, duplication, outdated information, suspected fraud, rights concerns, or breaches of these Terms. We may request information to check a submission or a claim to represent a listed business.

Where reviews are offered, they must reflect real experiences and disclose relevant commercial relationships. We do not remove an otherwise permitted review solely because it is negative, and these Terms do not restrict honest criticism of our own services.

If a listed provider or rights holder objects to material in a listing we prepared, please email [legal@creatortoolshub.net](mailto:legal@creatortoolshub.net), identifying the listing and the material concerned. Upon receiving a request that identifies the disputed material, we will promptly remove that material from public view. We may follow up for clarification or to discuss a correction. There is no fee to report a concern or request removal.

We may restrict an account or remove content promptly when needed to address abuse, security risks, or legal obligations. Where practical and lawful, we will explain the action and provide an opportunity to respond. You may contact us to request reconsideration. Any refund or other remedy connected with a paid service remains subject to the agreed service terms and applicable law.

## 6. Affiliate Links, Advertising, and Paid Services

We use affiliate links only under an approved affiliate relationship and in accordance with the applicable program's terms. We may receive a commission when someone takes a qualifying action, such as making a purchase through one of those links. Affiliate relationships, advertising, and sponsored placements will be disclosed clearly near the affected content or links.

If we offer paid listings, advertising, or subscriptions, the relevant offer will state the price, service, duration, and any renewal, cancellation, and refund conditions before purchase. Those specific conditions apply alongside these Terms and govern that purchase if there is a conflict. They cannot override rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Unless expressly agreed in the offer, we do not promise a particular number of visitors, leads, sales, backlinks, or search-engine rankings. Fees paid to a third-party tool provider are governed by your agreement with that provider.

## 7. Our Content and Third-Party Rights

Original text, artwork, branding, and other protected material created by us belong to Digital Wave Synergy Co. or our licensors. This includes any original selection or arrangement of directory content to the extent protected by law. We do not claim ownership of public facts, third-party software, or material owned by tool providers and other contributors.

You may share links to our pages. Except where permitted by law or written permission, you may not reproduce or commercially redistribute substantial portions of our protected content or systematically extract it to build a competing collection.

Ordinary search-engine indexing is permitted subject to our published crawler instructions and reasonable technical limits. Use of any separately authorized API or data access is governed by its stated terms. Nothing here restricts fair use or other rights that applicable law protects.

Product names, logos, screenshots, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not, by itself, establish an affiliation with us or give visitors permission to reuse them.

The removal process in Section 5 applies to material in listings we prepare. Other reported content will be addressed under our applicable complaint procedures and legal obligations.

## 8. Third-Party Websites and Purchases

Links may take you to websites operated by other businesses. Those businesses control their products, services, terms, privacy practices, and transactions. Review their conditions before providing information or making a purchase.

Unless a specific offer states otherwise, we are not the seller, agent, or contracting party for products purchased from a listed provider. Purchase, cancellation, support, and refund requests for those products should be directed to that provider. This does not remove any responsibility imposed on us by applicable law for our own conduct.

## 9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Our Cookie Policy describes relevant cookies, tracking technologies, and visitor choices. Accepting these Terms does not by itself provide consent to optional tracking or marketing where separate consent is required.

## 10. Availability and Limits of Responsibility

We aim to provide a useful, accessible directory, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every listing will always be complete, accurate, or current. The website may be unavailable during maintenance, technical failures, or events outside our reasonable control.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the free directory and its general information are provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability. This does not override an express commitment we make about a paid service.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the directory, including lost business opportunities or profits. This exclusion does not apply to losses caused by fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer rights, statutory guarantees, or remedies available under the laws that apply to you.

## 11. Changes to the Website or These Terms

We may update features or these Terms to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or operational needs. We will publish revised Terms with an updated date and provide reasonable advance notice of material changes where practical, except where urgent legal or security circumstances require earlier action.

We will request renewed acceptance where required by law. Changes will not retroactively alter completed purchases or remove rights already acquired under an existing agreement. Changes to a paid service must follow the relevant agreement and applicable law.

## 12. Applicable Law and Resolving Concerns

These Terms are governed by Maryland law and applicable United States federal law, subject to mandatory protections that apply where you live. This choice of law does not deprive consumers of rights they cannot waive under applicable local law.

Please contact us if you have a concern so we can try to resolve it. Contacting us first is not a condition of exercising a legal right or seeking urgent relief. These Terms do not require private arbitration or waive any right to bring a claim that applicable law protects.

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A delay in enforcing a provision does not by itself waive the right to enforce it later.
